- Call receiving service is available for 2,000THB/mo during 9:00-19:00 on weekdays.
- Copy: A4 black and white 3THB/p, color 10THB/p. A3 size black and white 5THB/p, color 20THB/p. Scan: 10THB/p. Fax: 15THB(Local)/p, 50THB(International)/p.
- Lockers available to all members for 600THB/mo and non-members for 1,000THB/mo.
- Additional entrance cards for a colleague: 3,500THB/mo (only for private and executive office plan)
- Lost card reissuance fee 1,500THB/card.
- Free of member registration and initial setup fee.
- Long term contract over six-month requires a refundable security deposit equal to one month.

- Electricity bill will be charged separately to executive offices and tenant space members.

- For cancellation of contract, members must complete the cancellation form at the reception 30 days in advance.
